Synopsis

Four years have passed since Springwood witnessed the last traces of Freddy Krueger. Louise, Kevin, Chloe and William, as well as all their other residents, feel for the first time that all that may be in the past once again. But at this level, this peaceful town could take no other stance than accepting its existence in its children's nightmares - and for some, going beyond that. When the boundary between dreams and reality is tested, and just when they thought they would be safe going to sleep, our group of heroes will once again have to come together to haunt Freddy's plans - but this time, once and for all.

Description of Dr. Joseph Haywood:

- Unlike your assistant, don't think I'm just going to lower my head! [Florence] - It's no surprise coming you. - Patients seem more likely to freak out once and for all with your methods than when they came in, only someone crazy wouldn't... - Be careful what you insinuate, Doctor. - ... - Do you think I'm crazy? Let's see if continues to think like that. Introduced as a psychiatrist for the hospital, Joseph seems at odds with the real goals (and acts) of Florence's research. However, circumstances may make he question your pursuit of any logic. Throughout the film, it is established that he was also responsible for the creation of Hypnocil, a drug used for "dream suppression".
