A new agent-John Wilson-joins the Secret Intelligence Service. However, despite appearances, he does not have good intentions. Under the guise of a new agent he is to steal all the organization's documents and kill M. At the last moment he is stopped by James Bond. However, he wounds him and escapes with the documents. As it turns out later he wants to forge them and show the Secret Intelligence Service as a criminal organization. James Bond sets out to find the crook and his wife-Hazel helps him.
