Aoki Hitamura, minor antagonist, 52, Japanese. A guy who's always high on a mix of cocaine, weed, and meth, he doesn't care about Tom or his other residents. He more cares about the money he gets from the rent they pay and his massive drug-dealing operation he works alongside Hinata. Unfortunately, one day, the operation is discovered by Botan, and Aoki is arrested and sentenced to life in prison.
