Fan Casting Mike Vito in A Crime Tale

an aging private eye, Vito walked off the force decades ago after his former partner - the current police chief - dropped a case against a well known mob figure in exchange for a promotion. Since then, Vito has made a living off of scraping the bottom of the barrel, catching cheaters and runaways primarily. He still holds firmly to his ideals that one man can make a difference. When one of the runaways he returned home multiple times turns up dead, Vito takes upon himself to find the culprit.
