Eustáquio's wife, mother of Penha and Jó. She hides from her current husband her entire past life with Ivan, as well as the children she had with the Colombian emigrant, José and Selena. She faked her own death and adopted a new identity to deceive her former partner, her real name is Imaculada do Vale. To fake her death, Débora had the help of her friend Clotilde, who was one of the midwives in action when she gave birth to Selena. As the plot progresses, it is discovered what led Débora to fake her death.
