Unfortunately none of this ever came to fruition thanks to the untimely death of Bill Bixby in 1993. Here's a look at what could have been. After his plans are foiled by the Hulk and Daredevil, Kingpin declares war on all costumed heroes. Assisting him in this endeavor is Morgan le Fay who has her own reasons for wanting the heroes out of the way. The good guys must join forces to stop this combined threat for the world, the very universe, is at stake.
