Synopsis

Arthur Curry grows up with his father in a lighthouse on Amnesty Bay, never knowing his mother who left when he was a child. Until Mera and Vulko approach Arhur with his heritage and rightfull place as the King of Atlantis. Arthur's mother is also missing and Arhur's younger brother blame the surface world. END CREDIT SCENE: Arthur returns to Amnesty Bay and finds Amanda Waller waiting for him.

Description of Black Manta (David Hyde):

As a teenager forced to work on a ship he witnessed Atlanteans in the water and tried to signal them for help, unsuccessfully. He eventually took his escape in his own hands killing his captors. He still despises Atlanteans and tries to find them. When he is hired by Orm to attack Atlantis he accepts not realising Orm is Atlantean himself.
