The villain of the story. Tries (unsuccessfully) to frame Ivanka of winning 2024 Elections thanks to fraud, but later we find out it's old electoral Maps: 1976 electoral Maps (in where Jimmy Carter won), 1992 and 1996 electoral Maps (in where Bill Clinton won), and 2008 and 2012 electoral Maps (in where Barack Obama won). Not only, he created Monsters using Barack Obama's, Joe Biden's and Hillary Clinton's DNA, with the goal of killing Donald Trump. And not only him, but two more former presidents: George W. Bush and Bill Clinton; which, even if he's a Democrats, Bieber can't forgive him for cheating her friend Hillary Clinton with Monica Lewinsky
