Synopsis

Twenty-five years after season 4, Clay Jensen became struck with brain cancer. As his family helps Clay recover, Clay's children delve into their father's teenage past and learn how their names meant so much to him while informing Clay's long-ago disbanded high school friends.

Description of Tyler Down (Middle Aged Self):

After graduating from Liberty, Tyler attended the University of San Francisco. He's engaged to Estela de La Cruz during those 20 years. After graduating from USF, he became a photographer in movie production, especially for action thrillers. He doesn't want any children due to the fact that he doesn't want his kids to go through what he went through as a child.
