Synopsis

Twenty-five years after season 4, Clay Jensen became struck with brain cancer. As his family helps Clay recover, Clay's children delve into their father's teenage past and learn how their names meant so much to him while informing Clay's long-ago disbanded high school friends.

Description of Justin Jensen (Clay's and Heidi's youngest son):

Justin is Clay's and Heidi's youngest son and third-born child. Justin was close to his father and was devastated that his father has cancer. He's the kid with so much football talent, which was inspired by his late adopted uncle, Justin, who he was named after. Clay's youngest son showed the aggression and loyalty that Justin Foley showed during his final years. Being a Division 1 aspirant, he got into varsity football, despite being a freshman in high school.
