Synopsis

Twenty-five years after season 4, Clay Jensen became struck with brain cancer. As his family helps Clay recover, Clay's children delve into their father's teenage past and learn how their names meant so much to him while informing Clay's long-ago disbanded high school friends.

Description of Heidi Jensen (Middle aged self):

After finishing her studies in East County, Heidi met Clay Jensen in Brown University and started to fall in love w/ each other. After becoming an entrepreneur at the Bay Area, She married Clay and had 3 children with him. After she gets married to Clay, she learns of his dark past and tries to comfort and support him after his past starts to haunt him again. After she helped Clay recovered, she tries to ask Clay a few questions about why were they're children named after 3 people he cared for.
