I know you can block someone from your projects, but when you block them entirely, do they still get to vote on your cast suggestions?

They only can't vote on the ones in your story. If you post a suggestion on someone else's story, they can still vote on it.

It works with me, i got 2 guys who spams on my stories and i blocked them from ever contribute to my stories. The first spammer tho, i unblock him once to lure him out into contributing to one of my stories and after that, i blocked him. But i don't know about that "you can still vote on a blocked user's suggestion in someone's story" thing cause i've never been contributing on another story.

Starting today, when you block someone it will also prevent them from viewing your profile or following you. This should make it easier to stop other users from tracking and downvoting every suggestion you make. There is also a "Block User" button on other user profiles to make it easier for you to block them.
