Will the Agents of Atlas be made a reality in MCU? If so, who'd be the villain(s)?

Jimmy Woo & Shang-Chi will likely be starters, with Silk joining in possibly.

It might be a really crazy idea, but I would take one of the characters from the Young Avengers and put him as a villain and completely change his origin, and I'm talking about David Alleyne (prodigy) because he's a very underused and aimless character in the story. marvel history, so what would i do? I would put this character as an "artificial mutant" created by the government to revolutionize mutants and humans by guiding them to a better world, and this mutant (David Allyene) would escape the government and go out there to meet society and he ends up fighting against the Agents of Atlas. What do you think???
